1、DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN?

Yes! Customer satisfaction is our destination! Please feel free to return any eligible item within 7 days after receiving your original order.

Return Conditions

(1)Ensure that the item(s) is brand new (in original condition, original packaging and with the original tags and invoice attached). Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
(2)Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for exchanges.
(3)We do not accept ineligible item(s) to be returned. Should ineligible item(s) be returned, we reserve the right to reject your exchange and the shipping charges to send the item(s) back to you will be borne by you.

Please note that when you need to return, we need to verify the goods based on the video & pictures you provide. Feel free to contact us, if you have any question. We guarantee our customer service will give you a perfect shopping experience.

2、WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?

We will provide a refund period on unused shoe products within (7) days of the date that you receive your shoes.

3、DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?

Yes, you are responsible for return shipping costs together with the Custom Tax except quality issues. Please send your return with a trackable option, Kickswho will not be responsible for lost returns.

4、WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

The refund will be provided to the original method of payment after customer service have received, inspected and confirmed returned package. Some financial institutions can take up to 7-15 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.
